Patience is a virtue
I've worked on patience for over a year now to walk on my two legs and I have now have my surgeons permission to wear heels, ice skate and jog on them.
You don't know how good you have something until it gets stripped away.
November 17th, 2021 was my first ACL/meniscus surgery after my injury 8 years ago playing tennis.
I had a remote 9-5 after the surgery and a walk around job on weekends right after my surgery.
I unfortunately developed arthrofibrosis* of the right knee and needed a second knee surgery on my right knee. After the second surgery I was not in excruciated pain that I was in Thanksgiving of last year and was able to walk out of the hospital with an aid for the aesthetic medications.
I'm not sure if you believe in God's miracles just know being humble and having patience are the top two lessons I've learned this year... Also don't take disrespect from anyone. No one knows what you are going through and even if you write it out, no one will ever feel your pain.
It's unnecessary.
